摘要
太原西南环铁路,处于太原市城乡结合部,征地拆迁十分困难,环保施工要求较高,同时既有线施工干扰较大,造成铺架基地建设难以选取。在铺架施工过程中,有砟铁路500 m长轨施工中采用"直铺法",使用YZ500-TY长轨直铺机直接铺设,省去了工具轨换铺和长轨基地建设;T梁运架采用"公路运梁车运梁+铁路架桥机架梁"新模式,利用现有城乡公路网公路运梁车运梁,DJ168公铁两用架桥机现场组装架梁,保证铺架和线下施工平行作业,成型一段,架设一段,彻底改变了传统铺架总是待线下统一贯通后再集中铺架赶工期的铺架模式,彻底摆脱铁路既有线制约,完全节省了铁路机车、平板车费用,极大提高了铺架施工作业效率和收益,是铺架模式的一种创新。
The Taiyuan southwest ring railway is located in the urban-rural junctional areas of Taiyuan, with difficult land acquisition and relocation, there are higher requirements for environmental protection construction and larger construction disturbance of existing lines, thus causing difficulties in selecting the laying base. During the laying process, "direct laying method" is used in the construction of ballasted railway with 500 m long rail, by using YZ500-TY long rail direct-laying machine, it can skip the replacing of tool track and the base construction of long rail. A new laying model of "highway beamconveying vehicle with railway bridge-erecting equipment" is adopted for T beam transporting and erecting, the beam-conveying vehicle is used to transport beam of the existing urban-rural road network, and DJ168 highway-railway dual-purpose bridging machine is adopted for on-site assembling and erecting beam, thus ensuring the parallel operation of laying and under line construction, molding a section and erecting a section. It has some advantages such as completely changing the traditional laying model which is always be unity and then concentrates on laying to meet tight deadlines, getting rid of the constraints of existing railway, fully saving the costs of railway locomotives and flatcar, and greatly improving the construction efficiency and benefits of the track-girder laying construction. Therefore, it is absolutely a kind of innovative paving and erecting mode.
