摘要
以徐州地铁2号线新台子河~丁万河站区间中与盾构区间冲突的丁万河老桥桩基拔除为例,结合地质条件,分析不同拔桩方法的适应性,选择了全套管拔桩的方法。对桩基拔除过程中桩周土体破坏形式进行了简要分析,并针对桩基垂直度差、套管钻进困难等异常现象,提出了分段拔除、改良刀具及注水等一系列优化方案,解决了拔除困难及套管钻进困难等难题,研究成果最终成功地在丁万河老桥桩基拔除施工中展开了应用,为今后类似的工程提供了一定的参考依据。
The remove of Dingwan River Bridge' s pile foundation was taken as an example in this paper, which was taken place between Xintaizi River station and Dingwan River station of Xuzhou Metro Line 2. Pile extraction in full casing was chosen by analyzing the adaptability of different pile extraction methods combined with geological conditions. In response to the abnormal phenomenon of poor verticality, a series of solutions of improving the tool and water injection were put forward to solve the problem of casing drilling, and the casing drilling torque was greatly reduced. The research results were applied in pulling out pile foundations of Dingwan River Bridge, which could provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
