摘要 随着高速铁路的快速发展,混凝土桥梁传统的橡胶止水带伸缩缝逐步被聚氨酯弹性体伸缩缝所替代,弥补了橡胶止水带在运营期间出现的各种失效缺陷。从聚氨酯弹性伸缩缝施工技术的原理、要求,构造特征及施工工艺、操作要点、现场验收等方面进行逐一阐述,对后续进一步研究及全面推广有一定的指导性意义。 With the rapid development of high-speed railway, the concrete bridge expansion joint gradually adopted polyurethane elastomer instead of the traditional rubber water-stop expansion joint, which could make up various failure defects caused by rubber water-stop expansion joint during the operation. This paper carried out an exhaustive research from the principle of the construction technology requirements for polyurethane elastomer expansion joint, its structural characteristics and construction technology, operating essentials and site acceptance, which could provide certain directive significance for the subsequent research and comprehensive promotion.
