摘要
目前国内隧道施工采用钻爆法开挖、汽车出渣运输及喷浆机喷射混凝土,施工时产生的粉尘弥漫于隧道洞内,而开挖掌子面附近产生的粉尘最大,浓度最大,造成能见度低,且空气质量差,对作业人员职业健康安全造成一定伤害。为促使隧道洞内施工作业环境得到改善,晏家堡二号隧道引进抑尘炮雾车作业改善隧道洞内作业环境。通过Air Quality Monitor LD-5激光粉尘仪进行检测数据统计,抑尘雾炮车在隧道中的应用有效改善洞内作业环境,加快施工进度,提高经济效益。
Currently, drilling and blasting method of excavation, trackless transport of slag and sprayed concrete with shotcrete machine are used in domestic tunnel construction. The dust generated in the construction is full of the tunnel, while the dust surrounding the driving face reaches its maximum and with the utmost concentration, resulting in low visibility and poor air quality, thus it causes some damage to the occupation health and safety of workers. To promote the improvement of the working environment in tunnel construction, the dust suppression fog car is introduced to improve the working environment of Yanjiabao No. 2 Tunnel. By adopting Air Quality Monitor LD-5 laser dust monitor for testing data statistics, the application of dust suppression fog car in tunnel can effectively improve the working environment, speed up the construction progress and improve the economic benefits.
