摘要
吐库二线中天山隧道左线TBM设备整体老化严重,已超过使用年限,再利用价值很低,采取破坏性拆卸。通过工序优化、受力可行性研究,改变原TBM大断面、桥式起重拆卸方式,缩小原拆卸洞断面,采用纵向导轨吊点结合电动葫芦进行吊装,成功用于工程实践,获得较好了的应用效果。
TBM equipment for left line of Tianshan Tunnel was aging seriously in the second line of Turpan to Korla, it was already over service life and reuse value was very low, so the measures of destructive disassemble were taken. Through process optimization and feasibility study of force, changing the original TBM large section and bridge lifting method, reducing the original demolition section, and lifting with vertical guide rail and electric hoist, it had been proved successfully in engineering practice, and good application effect was achieved.
