摘要
针对广州地铁2/8线盾构5标海瑞克盾构机调试过程出现的刀盘转速异常故障现象,主要从刀盘的液压系统工作原理、电路控制原理、S7-PIC应用、机械等方面做了深入的阐述,最终找出故障原因,为今后施工过程中遇到类似故障问题提供解决问题的经验和方法,同时也充分说明了在盾构机维修过程中只有清楚理解盾构机各系统的工作原理,才能在实际工作中快速排除盾构机的各类故障。
Aiming at the abnormal speed of cutterhead of Germany' s Herrenknecht earth pressure balance shield machine during its debugging process in Lot 5 of Guangzhou Metro 2/8 Line, this paper made a discussion mainly from the hydraulic system work principle of cutterhead, circuit-operated prineipium, the application of S7-PIC and the machinery, finally, the fault reasons were found out. It could provide experience and methods for solving the faults in future similar projects. Meanwhile, it was fully illustrated that various failures of the shield machine could be removed in practice only after clear understanding of the principle of each system during the maintenance of shield machine.
