摘要
复合材料由于其强度高、比刚度优、材料可设计性强等优点,被广泛的应用于航空航空领域。但是在使用的过程中由于受到工具坠落、设备撞击等冲击,结构容易产生损伤,复合材料层的压板容易失效,导致出现安全隐患影响飞机的正常使用。多年以来,复合材料层压板失效问题一直受到了国内外研究者的较多关注,在飞机运行过程中导致复合材料层压板损伤和失效的因素是多方面的,比如说,材料体系、冲击能量、冲头形状和直径、层铺序列等都有可能会对其造成一定的影响。本文,将对飞机复合材料层压板失效的工程进行分析,以求更好的解决相应的问题,促进我国航空事业的发展和进步。
Composite materials are widely used in aerospace industry due to its high strength, superior stiffness and high design properties. But in the process of using impact due to falling tools, equipment, etc, the structure is easy to damage, composites layer plate easy to failure, resulting in potential safety problems affect the normal use of the aircraft. For years, the composite laminate failure problem has received more attention of researchers both at home and abroad, in the process of aircraft operation in composite laminate damage and failure of the factors are various, for example, material system, impact energy, the punch diameter and shape of layer spread sequence, and so on all is likely to cause certain effect to it. This paper will analyze the failure of laminated composite laminates in aircraft, so as to better solve the corresponding problems and promote the development and progress of China's space industry.
