试析城市新贫困群体不稳定因素

Analysis on New Urban Poverty Groups' Instability from the Perspective of Social Psychology

随着我国改革开放和社会转型、经济和产业结构的调整,城市居民收入差距进一步扩大,下岗职工、失地、失业人员数量快速增加,形成了大量的城市新贫困群体。但是由于我国社会保障体系的建立和发展相对滞后,容易引起城市新贫困群体的心理失衡和不满情绪,从而危害城市的公共安全和社会稳定。

Along with our reform and open policy, social transformation, economic andindustrial structure adjustment and expanded income gap among urban residents, the number of laid-off workers, land lost and rapidly increased unemployed personnel have formeda large number of new urban poor groups. Due to the establishment and development of China＇s social security system is relatively lagging behind, it is easy to cause psychological imbalance and discontent among the urban new poor groups, thus endangering the city＇s public security and social stability.This article will analyze the subjective factors of the deviant behavior of the urban new poor groups from the psychological perspective and lay a good foundation for further development of exploring the strategy of maintaining stability for the new poor groups..
