摘要 本文作者综述了近年来国内外对唾液腺干细胞(SGSC)的研究及其在放射性唾液腺损伤治疗领域的最新进展。通过对下颌下腺干细胞、腮腺干细胞、小唾液腺干细胞和唾液腺间充质干细胞的分离、培养及鉴定,有望将SGSC移植技术用于放射后唾液腺损伤的治疗中,从而有效地改善患者放疗后口干症状,提高其生活质量。
