应用网络平台进行健康教育在住院糖尿病患者中的实践效果

Practice effect of network platform for health education in inpatients with diabetes mellitus

目的 探讨应用网络平台进行健康教育在住院糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2014年7月—2015年6月住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者56例为对照组,实施常规健康教育;选择2015年7月—2016年6月住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者58例为观察组,应用网络平台进行健康教育.比较两组患者护理干预后的治疗依从性、自我效能和生活质量.结果 观察组护理后治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.护理干预前后观察组患者自我管理效能和生活质量的改善程度均明显优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 应用网络平台对住院糖尿病患者进行健康教育,能明显改善患者的治疗依从性,提高患者的自我效能和生活质量.

Objective To explore the practice effect of network platform for health education in inpatients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 56 inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） were selected as control group with routine health education from July 2014 to June 2015. A total of 58 inpatients with T2DM were chosen as observation group with education through network platform from July 2015 to June 2016. The treatment compliance, self efficacy and quality of life of patients was compared between two groups after nursing care.Results The treatment compliance of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group after nursing care with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Besides, the improvement of self efficacy and quality of life of patients in observation group was better than those in control group after nursing care with significant differences （P〈0.01）.Conclusions Health education through network platform for inpatients with diabetes mellitus can obviously improve treatment compliance, self efficacy and quality of life of patients.
