摘要 目的探讨PBL教学在药理教学中的意义。方法针对护理专业学生采用LBL,中医专业学生采用PBL进行药理学教学,通过理论考试及问卷调查方式评价教学效果。结果中医专业学生理论考试成绩明显高于护理结合专业学生,显著性差异(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,中医专业学生教学效果明显优于护理专业学生(P<0.05)。结论 PBL可以提高医学生对药理学习的热情,更扎实掌握知识,活跃课堂氛围,这是培养药理学人才的发展方向。 Objective To discuss the significance of PBL in the traching of Pharmacology. Methods LBL was utilised for teaching nursing students. PBL was utilised for traditional Chinese medicine students. The effects were measured through theoretic knowledge examination and questionnaire. Results As the theoretic knowledge examination, the marks of traditional Chinese medicine students notably surpassed those of the nursing, and there was significant difference (P〈0.05) . As the questionnaire, the teaching effect of traditional Chinese medicine students was significantly better than that of the nursing students (P〈0.05) . Conclusion PBL can improve the enthusiasm of medical students for pharmacological learning," grasp the knowledge and enliven the classroom atmosphere, which is the development direction of training pharmacology talents.
