摘要 基于PBL系统案例教学方法是一种新型的教学方式,近年来也引起国内许多学科的关注及应用。本文作者结合本学科多年来温病学教学实践,提出了将PBL应用到温病学系统案例教学中的观点,通过分析和总结,说明该法不但有利于理论知识的掌握,提高临床应用能力,具有激发学生的自主学习、加深基本理论认识和提高临床思维能力的作用,还提升了学生对教师教学质量的认可。因此该研究将为基于PBL的系统案例法应用于温病学教学提供方法指导和思路参考,同时也为其他学科开展系统案例教学法提供了有意义的借鉴。 System case teaching mode based on problem-based learning (PBL) is considered to be a new teaching mode. In recent years, it has already attracted the attention and application of many domestic disciplines. In this paper, the author put tbrward the viewpoints of applying PBL to the case teaching of Epidemic Febrile Diseases. The method is not only beneficial to the theoretical knowledge, but also improves the clinical application ability. It has the effect of stimulating students' autonomous learning, deepening the understanding of basic theory and improving the ability of clinical thinking, and also raising the recognition of teachers' teaching quality. Therefore, this study will provide a methodological guidance and reference for the application of PBL-based system case method to the teaching of Epidemic Febrile Diseases, and also provide a meaningful reference for the systematic case teaching of other disciplines.
