补阳还五汤联合α-硫辛酸注射液治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with α-lipoic Acid in the Treatment of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探究气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用补阳还五汤联合α-硫辛酸的治疗效果。方法选取本院2014年4月—2015年8月收治的84例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,并采用抽签的方式将其分为2组,对照组予以α-硫辛酸治疗,观察组予以补阳还五汤联合α-硫辛酸治疗。并对2组患者的治疗效果与治疗前后神经传导速度、TCSS评分进行对比。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后正中神经与腓总神经的MNCV、SNCV均有显著改善(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后正中神经与腓总神经的MNCV、SNCV的对比(P>0.05);观察组总有效率90.48%,比对照组的69.05%高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后TCSS评分的对比(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者的后TCSS评分均有一定降低,且观察组的降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用补阳还五汤联合α-硫辛酸的治疗效果显著,可使患者的末梢神经代谢与传导功能显著改善,改善肢体麻木、疼痛症状,使TCSS评分有效降低。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with α-lipoic acid in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 84 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2015 were selected. They were divided into two groups by draw lots. The control group was treated with α-lipoic acid treatment, and the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with α-lipoie acid. The curative effect, the nerve conduction velocity and TCSS score before and after treatment of the two groups was compared. Results Comparing with before treatment, the median nerve and common peroneal nerve MNCV and SNCV of the two groups were significantly improved （P〈0,05） . The median nerve and common peroneal nerve MNCV and SNCV of the two groups after treatment had no difference （P〉0.05） . The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48% which was higher than 69.05% of the control group （P〈0.05） . The TCSS score before and after treatment in two groups had no difference （P〉0.05） . After treatment, TCSS scores were reduced to a certain extent, and the decline of the observation group was significantly than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with α-lipoie acid in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significantly therapeutic effect, can significantly improve the peripheral nerve conduction and metabolic function and limb numbness and pain, and effectively reduce the TCSS score.
