理中和胃方联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Regulating Spleen and Stomach Prescription Combined with Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori-related Gastritis

目的观察理中和胃方联合标准三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将84例幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎的患者采用随机分组的方法分为治疗租和对照组。对照组42例采用标准三联疗法(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林)根治幽门螺杆菌,治疗组在标准三联疗法的基础上加理中和胃方加减治疗幽门螺杆菌,2组均治疗2周为1疗程,停药4周后判定疗效。结果治疗组42例中,治愈31例,显效6例,有效3例,无效2例,有效率95.24%,对照组42例中,治愈25例,显效5例,有效2例,无效10例,有效率为76.19%;治疗组治疗后Hp根除率90.48%,对照组Hp根除率71.43%,2组对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的不良反应发生率无明显统计学意义。结论理中和胃方联合标准三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎临床有效率优于标准三联疗法,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of regulating spleen and stomach prescription combined with triple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori-related gastritis. Methods 84 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group of 42 patients was treated with standard triple therapy （omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin） eradication of helicobacterpylori. The treatment group was given regulating spleen and stomach prescription on the basis of the standard triple therapy. Two groups were treated for 2weeks as a course of treatment, and the curative effect was evaluated after 4 weeks of withdrawal. Results In the treatment group, 31cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, and the effective rate was 95.24%. In the control group, 25 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, 10 cases were invalid, and the effective rate was 76.19%. After treatment, the Hp eradication rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90.48% and 71.43% respectively, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05） . The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effective rate of of regulating spleen and stomach prescription combined with triple therapy in the treatment of helicobaeter pylori-related gastritis is superior to the standard triple therapy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
