中西医结合治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Senile Skin Pruritus

目的探讨酮替芬、芦荟超浓缩维生素E乳,结合中医辨证治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法对96例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者给酮替芬、芦荟超浓缩维生素E乳,中医辨证分型为气虚血燥型、湿热内蕴型、风燥血热型、脾胃虚弱型、风寒束表型给予相应的中药治疗,结果总有效率94.8%。结论酮替芬、芦荟超浓缩维生素E乳结合中医辨证治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症降低复发率,不良反应小,临床效果佳。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of ketotifen, aloe concentrated Vitamin E milk combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of senile skin pruritus. Methods 96 cases of patients with senile skin pruritus were treated with ketotifen, aloe concentrated Vitamin E milk, TCM syndrome of qi deficiency and blood drynesstype, damp heatintfinsic type and wind dryness and blood heat type, spleen-stomach weakness type and the exterior tightened by wind-cold and accumulation of heat in the interiorgiven the appropriate treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine. Results The total effective rate was 94.8%. Conclusion The ketotifen, aloe concentrated vitamin E combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of senile skin pruritus has low recurrence rate, less ladverse reaction and good clinical effect.
