中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座(54) 杨氏3A+疗法“肘五针”埋线针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床观察

Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy (54) Clinical Observation on Yang's 3A+ Therapy at "Zhouwuzhen" and Embedding Thread Acupotomy in the Treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis

目的观察杨氏3A+疗法"肘五针"埋线针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法 52例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用杨氏3A+疗法"肘五针"埋线针刀治疗,每次间隔15天,2次后观察结果;对照组采用曲安奈德40 mg加2%利多卡因2 mL作局部痛点封闭治疗。治疗前后,采用模拟评分法评价患者疼痛积分。结果治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分明显降低,对照组VAS评分明显治疗治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率88.46%,对照组总有效率80.77%,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后1个月随访,治疗组复发率19.23%,对照组率46.16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3A+疗法"肘五针"埋线针刀治疗肱骨外上髁炎能够明显缓解患者疼痛症状,安全有效,远期疗效较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhouwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods 52 cases of patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group of 26 cases and control group of 26 cases. The patients in the treatment group with Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhouwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy. While the patients in the control group were treated with acupoint injection therapy of Cu Ann Ned 40mg and 2% lidocaine 2mL. Simulated scoring method was used to evaluate the pain score. Results Before treatment, pain scores of the two groups were statistically significant （P〉0.05） . Pains scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, pain scores of control group was significantly lower than those of the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05） . The total effective rate of treatment group and the control group was 88.46% and 80.77% respectively, and the total effective of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05） . After one month, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 19.23%, the recurrence rate of the control group was 46.16%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhouwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis can obviously alleviate the symptoms of pain in patients, and it has long-term curative effectsit, is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
