老年子宫中重度脱垂阴式子宫全切术中西医结合护理体会

Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in 60 Cases of Vaginal Hysterectomy of Elderly Patient with Moderate and Severe Uterine Prolapse

目的:比较常规护理以及中西医结合护理在老年子宫中重度脱垂阴式子宫全切术患者中的应用效果、并发症发生率及护理满意度。方法:选取2013年4月至2016年4月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院接受老年子宫中重度脱垂阴式子宫全切术的患者60例,按照随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组接受中西医结合护理,对照组接受常规护理,分析比较2组患者的术后恢复情况、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的术后恢复情况明显优于对照组,并发症发生率(0.00)低于对照组(20.00%),护理满意度(93.33%)优于对照组(73.33%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理较常规护理更能显著改善患者的术后恢复情况,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To compare the effects of routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on postoperative recovery, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with moderate and severe uterine hysterectomy, and to summarize the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method Fifty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group （30 cases） according to the random number table method. The patients were divided into two groups： observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and the control group received routine nursing. The postoperative recovery, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative recovery of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the incidence of complications （0.00） was lower than that of the control group （20.00 %）, nursing satisfaction （93.33 %） was superior to the control group （73.33 %）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine care more than conventional care can significantly improve the patient＇s postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of complications.
