摘要
本研究发现,Ⅱ期原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆心钠素(PANP)浓度低于对照组(P<0.001),而淋巴细胞内游离钙(Ca~(2+)L)则明显高于对照组(P>0.001);其中左心室肥厚(LVH)组PANP及Ca~(2+)L均显著高于左室非肥厚(NLH)组;硝苯地平对LVH组PANP、Ca~(2+)L及平均动脉压(MAP)的降低程度均明显大于NLH组。
We investigated the clinical significance of short-term (three weeks) treatment with calcium antagonist, nifedipine, on the levels of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), lymphocytic intra-cellular calcium (Ca~(2+)L) and mean arterial pressure (MBP) in 24 patients with essential hypertension. The results revealed that: (1)Essential hypertensive patients before treatment exhibited a lower ANP (p<0.001), but a higher Ca~(2+)L(p<0.001), compared with control group, (2) Essential hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) group before treatment had higher value both in ANP (p<0.05) and Ca~(2+)L(p<0.001) than those without LVH; (3) A positive correlation existed between Ca~(2+)L and leftventricular mass index (r=0.91, p<0.01); plasma ANP was lowered with the administration of nifedipine, so did Ca~(2+)L and MAP (all p<0.001); (4)The degree of decrease in plasma ANP was more marked in LVH group than that without LVH, the findings were similar for Ca~(2+)L and MAP (p<0.05); (5)There was a positivs correlation between decreased MAP (AMAP) and decreased ANP (AANP) or Ca~(2+)L (△Ca~(2+)L) (r=0.88, p<0.01), also between △Ca~(2+)L and △ANP (r=0.98, p<0.001).
