摘要
目的探讨强化谷氨酰胺的肠内营养支持对高脂血症性急性胰腺炎辅助治疗的作用。方法选取2012年1月至2015年12月邯郸市中心医院收治的86例高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例)。两组患者均给予急性胰腺炎规范化治疗,待肠功能恢复后均早期给予肠内营养支持治疗,观察组给予强化谷氨酰胺的肠内营养支持。将两组患者治疗前与治疗10d后的免疫状态指标及炎性状态指标进行比较,并对比两组患者平均住院时间及住院费用。结果两组患者治疗前的免疫状态指标及炎性状态指标无明显差异(P>O.05),给予不同的肠内营养液治疗10d后,观察组的免疫状态指标回升及炎性状态指标下降程度均优于对照组(P<O.05),同时观察组患者平均住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组(P<O.05)。结论强化谷氨酰胺的肠内营养支持治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎能更加有效的提高患者免疫功能、减轻炎症反应、降低医疗费用、缩短住院时间,从而改善预后、提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the significance of using enteral nutrition adding glutamine therapy in patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 86 patients with HAP from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 43 cases, all patients were treated with conventional treatment. Patients with bowel function after recovery, two groups were early given enteral nutrition therapy, observation group were received enteral nutrition adding glutamine. Compare two groups of patients before and after 10d treatment of immune status indicators and inflammatory status indicators, and compared two groups of patients with the average length of hospital stay and cost of hospitalization. Results Two groups of patients before treatment no obvious difference was found between the immune status indicators and inflammatory status indicators(P 〉 0. 05 ). Given different enteral nutrient solution treatment after 10d, the immune status indicators and inflammatory status indicators of observation group droped were better than the control group(P 〈 0. 05), at the same time observation group of patients with the average length of hospital stay and hospital costs were lower than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Enteral nutrition adding glutamine could more effectively improved the immune function of patients with HAP, reduced inflammation reaction, lower health care costs, shorten the hospitalization time,thus improving prognosis and promoting recovery of the patient.
