摘要 近几年IPTV逐渐成为固网运营商的主要发展方向。在运营商激烈的竞争之间,谁了解客户主观感受,谁了解传输网络的健康状况,谁的运维模式更加聪明,谁就能取得这场服务品质竞争的最终胜利,获得市场的主导权。而网络可视化让繁冗的数据变得明了易懂,同时还让复杂的概念和信息得以在最短的时间内呈现更多的含义,方便维护人员及时准确发现问题。 In recent years,IPTV has become the main development direction of fixed-line operators. In the fierce competition between operators,the more one understands the subjective feelings of customers and the health of the transmission network,the more intelligent his operation and maintenance model will be and he will be able to obtain the final victory of this service quality competition and gain the access to the market dominance. Network visualization not only makes redundant data easy to understand but also helps complex concepts and information show more meanings to facilitate the timely personnel maintenance in the shortest possible time.
