对我国高新技术中小企业的管理特点及其新经济环境对管理带来的挑战进行分析 ,认为高新技术中小企业管理创新的着重点在于建立有效的激励约束机制和加强在技术创新、信息、战略、知识产权等方面的管理。

On the analysis of the management features of Medium Small sized firms of high technology and the challenges brought by new economic environment to management it argues that the key to management innovation for these firms is to set up effective incentive system and to strengthen management in technology innovation,information,strategy,intellectual property right and so on.
