全国各地不断采取举措 ,吸引留学人员已经形成竞争态势。留学人员回国创业的环境虽有较大改善 ,但仍面临不少困难和问题。建议采取 8项措施 ,进一步为留学人员回国创业营造更好环境。

A competitive situation has being formed in taking measures to attract graduates returned from abroad by local governments in all corner of the country. Although the environment of entrepreneurship for graduates returned from abroad is much improved,there are still many difficulties and problems. It puts out 8 proposals for further making a better environment of entrepreneurship for the returned graduates.
