摘要
化学需氧量(COD)是评价白酒工业废水的重要指标之一。非密闭催化消解分光光度法是测定化学需氧量的一种快速简便的方法。本试验是在消除氯离子干扰的基础上,探讨能使水样中的还原性物质(主要是有机物)尽可能的充分氧化所需的最佳消解时间。通过试验得出在消解温度165℃(±2℃)条件下,消解时间为10 min,待测水样COD值在50~800 mg/L,准确度在98%以上。
Chemical oxygen demand(COD) is one of the important indicators for the evaluation of liquor industry wastewater. Non closed catalytic digestion spectrophotometric method is a fast and easy method for the determination of chemical oxygen demand. Based on the elimination of chloride ion interference, this study is to explore the best time to remove the reducing substances in water samples(mainly organic matter) as far as possible. The experiment shows that under certain conditions, the digestion time is 10 min, the COD value of the sample to be measured is 50-800 mg/L, and the accuracy is above 98%.
