摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定酒类产品(主要有葡萄酒、果酒)中的苋菜红、胭脂红、柠檬黄及日落黄含量,方法快速、准确,灵敏度高,获得了良好的分析结果。
The method has been applied to the determination of Amaranth, Carmine,Tartrazine and Sunset yellow in alcoholic products（mainly wine and fruit wine） by high performance liquid chromatography. The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, and good results are obtained.
