苯酚-硫酸法测定三七枸杞酒中多糖含量 被引量:23

摘要 目的建立三七枸杞酒中多糖含量的测定方法。方法三七枸杞酒中的多糖经苯酚-硫酸法显色后,利用紫外-可见分光光度计在490 nm波长处进行比色测定。结果苯酚-硫酸法测定三七枸杞酒中多糖方法稳定,精密度高,线性范围为0.02~0.1 mg/m L,相关系数为r^2=0.9998,平均回收率为99.89%。结论苯酚-硫酸法可作为三七枸杞酒中多糖含量测定的方法。 Objective To establish a method for of SanqiGouqi. Methods The phenol-sulfuric acid with phenol-sulfuric acid as a color reagent. Results determination of polysaccharide content in the alcoholic drink colorimetry method was performed at wavelength of 490 nm The phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry method had stability and high precision for determination of polysaccharide in the alcoholic drink of SanqiGouqi. The good positive linear relationship was shown in the range of 0.02-0.1 mg/mL, the correlation coefficient (r2) was 0.9998, and the average recovery rate of added samples was 99.89%. Conclusion The established method is suitable for determination of polysaccharide in the alcoholic drink of SanqiGouqi.
