摘要
高校图书馆推行研究生助管工作,既有助于提高研究生的管理和实践能力,也有助于缓解高校图书馆的人力资源紧张状况。图书馆以往通常提供的勤工助学岗位,由于学生工作时间的不稳定,会给图书馆管理工作带来一定困扰。上海对外经贸大学图书馆为此采取了研究生助管团队创新管理模式,作为一种新型的组织形式,有效地保证了学生工作质量的稳定性,进而提高了图书馆的工作效率和读者满意度。文章即介绍了该馆研究生助管团队创新管理模式的实践经验。
The provision of assistant work for graduate students in university libraries helps to improve the ability of management and practice of graduate students, and also helps to alleviate the shortage of human resources in the university libraries. But the work-study programs usually provided by the libraries in the past, due to the instability of working time, brought a certain disturbance. So the Library of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics establishes the independent management mode of the team of the graduate students. As a new form of organization, it effectively ensures the stability of the quality of students' work, and further improves the working efficiency of the library and the readers' satisfaction. This paper introduces the practical experience of the innovation management model of the graduate management team.
