“一带一路”专题数据库的建设现状及开发策略研究

The Construction and Development Strategy of “the Belt and Road”Information Resource Databases

随着"一带一路"战略的推进和研究的深入,对于相关信息资源的需求越来越高,相应的专题数据库也在不断的开发和建设中。中国一带一路网、国研网"一带一路"战略支撑平台、社科文献出版社以及EBSCO公司开发的"一带一路"数据库等是其中较为典型的代表。文章在对这些专题库的建设现状、优势资源、构建框架等开展调研和分析的基础上,总结其主要特征和开发策略,并进而为高校图书馆构建相应的"一带一路"信息资源体系提供建设思路上的参考和建议。

With the promotion of ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy, the need for relevant information resources is increasing heavily. The thematic databases focussed on and construction. This paper selects the representative ＂the Belt and Road＂ information are under developing databases on the ＂the Belt and Road＂, and analyzes the construction status, advantages of resources, framework of the platform and so on, thus to summarize the main characteristics and development strategy of these databases. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions for the university libraries to construct the corresponding ＂the Belt and Road＂ information resource system construction for reference.
