摘要
分析现有技术合同中存在的知识产权、履约和仲裁等问题 ,对照现行法律提出解决这些问题的方法 ,利用法律保护技术合同当事人的合法权益。
It analyzes the problems of intellectual property right,keeping appointment and arbitration in existing technical contracts. Then it puts out solutions of the problems in term of ongoing law and law protection of benefits for involved persons in the technical contracts.
