压痕硬度快速测量方法的研究

摘要 采用Oliver-Pharr方法计算压痕硬度时,需要获取完整的压痕加载、卸载曲线,因此,不能满足现场生产节拍的要求。为提高测量效率,基于Oliver-Pharr方法,推导出加载阶段的压头位移与压痕载荷平方根之间呈二次函数关系。通过数学变换,建立压痕硬度与压头位移和压痕载荷平方根之间二阶导数的解析模型。试验表明,该方法能够获取较高精度的压痕硬度,提高试验效率,满足在线测量的要求。 Using the Oliver-Pharr method to calculate the indentation hardness can not meet the requirements of on-site test, because the complete indentation loading and unloading curves need to be obtained. In order to improve the measurement efficiency, the quadratic function relationship between the displacement of the indenter and the square root of the indentation load was deduced according to the Oliver-Pharr method. The analytical model among the indentation hardness, the second derivative of the indentation displacement and the square root of the indentation load was established using mathematical transformation. The experimental results show that the method can obtain high precision indentation hardness, improve the test efficiency, and satisfy the requirement of online measurement.
