剖析一个近几年高速发展的课题组。该课题组凝聚力特别强 ,出成果特别快。因为他们有一个德才兼备并有较强管理能力的学术带头人 ,和一批来自不同学科的高学历的年轻人 ,还特别注意超前培养后继人才。
It introduces a project team in Tongji University,which has been developing rapidly in recent years. Analysis on this team shows that it has a competent academic leader and a group of high level young people who come from different disciplines. Especially,this team puts great attention on advanced training to their successors.
