高职建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制的研究与探索

现代学徒制有利于促进行业、企业参与职业教育人才培养全过程,有利于实现五个对接,能提高人才培养质量和针对性。高职建筑工程技术等专业主要面向建筑行业培养施工员及相关职业岗位群的技术技能型人才,学生要牢固掌握职业岗位(群)所需要的专业基础理论和职业技能,适应建筑施工生产一线需要,从事建筑施工组织与管理、建筑工程质量与安全管理等工作,要具有较强实的践动手能力、创业能力和创新精神。按高职建筑工程技术等专业实行现代学徒制的实施方案,要围绕人才培养目标,进行基于建筑施工过程的分析调研,由校企共同确定施工员及相关职业岗位群的典型工作任务,归纳行动领域,构建基于施工过程的课程体系。
