自动化焊接凭借其生产效率高、产品质量好、能源消耗少、劳动强度低的优势,成为转向架生产的一项重要技术手段。在精益生产被广泛引用的改革浪潮中,转向架侧梁自动焊接引用快速换模理念,将传统焊接夹具用快换子盘相连接,形成料件-夹具-子盘一体化快换工装,极大减少生产辅助时间,提升设备利用率,提高生产效率。

Automatic welding with high production e^ciency, good product quality, low energy consumption, low labor intensity, has become an important technical means of bogie production. In lean production, quick change has been using in the welding of the side beam. Traditional tooling connected with quick change tooling, the integration tooling of workpiece-tooling-quick change has formed. It can reduce auxiliary time, improve equipment utilization and improve production efficiency.
