中医药健康管理服务在儿童保健中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of application effect of traditional Chinese medicine health management service in children health care

目的探讨中医药健康管理服务在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年6月在惠南社区卫生服务中心儿童保健门诊进行健康体检的0~36个月龄儿童,分为6个月龄、12个月龄、24个月龄3个年龄段,每个年龄段随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组采取常规健康体检监测,对照组在此基础上增加中医药健康管理服务。干预后比较两组儿童生长发育及营养性疾病发病率的差异。结果 6个月龄干预组身高、体质量平均增长值高于对照组(P<0.05),营养不良发病率低于对照组(P<0.01);12个月龄干预组身高、体质量平均增长值高于对照组(P<0.05),营养不良和贫血发病率低于对照组(P<0.05);24个月龄干预组身高、体质量平均增长值高于对照组(P<0.05),单纯性肥胖和营养不良发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医药健康管理服务能提高儿童生长发育水平,有效降低儿童常见营养性疾病的发病率。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine health management service in children health care. Methods From January 2014 to June 2015,the children aged 0-36 months receiving healthy physical examination in Pediatric Health Care Outpatient of Huinan Community Health Service Center were selected and divided into 6-month-old group,12-month-old group,and24-month-old group,and the children in each group were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The children in control group were treated with routine healthy physical examination,and the children in intervention group were given traditional Chinese medicine health management service on the basis of routine healthy physical examination. After intervention,the growth and development of children and the incidence rates of nutritional diseases were compared between intervention group and control group. Results The mean increase values of height and weight in intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group when the children aged 6 months old（ P〈0. 05）,and the incidence rate of malnutrition in intervention group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）. The mean increase values of height and weight in intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the incidence rates of malnutrition and anemia were statistically significantly lower than those in control group when the children aged 12 months old（ P〈0. 05）. The mean increase values of height and weight in intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the incidence rates of malnutrition and simple obesity were statistically significantly lower than those in control group when the children aged 24 months old（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine health management service can improve the children＇s growth and development level,and it also can effectively reduce the incidence rates of common nutritional diseases in children.
