摘要
目的探讨生物反馈联合电刺激治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月在该院就诊的120例子宫脱垂患者,随机分为电刺激治疗组60例和生物反馈联合电刺激治疗组60例。评估治疗后两组患者的临床总有效率,两组治疗前后的POP-Q分度及检测两组的盆底肌力,比较两组的统计结果。结果生物反馈联合电刺激治疗组的临床总有效率高于电刺激治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的POP-Q分度及盆底肌力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后12周,两组的POP-Q分度降低,盆底肌力均升高,生物反馈联合电刺激治疗组的POP-Q分度低于电刺激治疗组,盆底肌力高于电刺激治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈联合电刺激治疗子宫脱垂临床疗效较好,可有效降低POP-Q分度及提升盆底肌力,临床优势明显。
Objective To explore the curative effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in treatment of uterine prolapse. Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine prolapse in the hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly assigned to electrical stimulation treatment group( 60 cases) and biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation treatment group( 60 cases). Then the total effective rates of the two groups after treatment were evaluated,POP-Q scores and pelvic muscle strengths of the two groups were detected before and after treatment. The results of the two groups were compared statistically. Results The total clinical effective rate of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that of electrical stimulation treatment group( P〈0. 05). POP-Q scores and pelvic muscle strengths of the two groups before treatment had no statistically significant difference( P〉0. 05); after 12 weeks of treatment,POP-Q scores of the two groups decreased,the pelvic muscle strengths of the two groups increased. POP-Q score of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation treatment group was statistically significantly lower than that of electrical stimulation treatment group( P〈0. 05),and the pelvic muscle strength of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that of electrical stimulation treatment group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in treatment of uterine prolapse is good. It can effectively decrease POP-Q score and improve pelvic muscle strength with obvious clinical advantages.
