满铁与关东军的“华北自治”阴谋

Mantetsu and the "North China Autonomy" Conspiracy of Kwantung Army

满铁作为近代日本设在中国东北最大的"国策会社",从"九一八"事变到日本投降,几乎全部参与了日本的侵华活动。"九一八"事变后,满铁不但积极地配合关东军策划"华北自治"阴谋,还对关东军炮制的塘沽"停战协定"作出"解释",在对华北的侵略政策上主张采取渐进的蚕食政策,并提出了"日满经济华北集团论",其目的是为了垄断华北经济,为日本进一步侵略华北提供基础保障。

The Mantetsu is the largest ＂policy corporation＂ located in Northeast China in modern Japan, the Mantetsu almost all involved in the Japanese invasion from the September 18th Incident to the Japanese surrender. After the outbreak of the September 18th Incident, it not only actively planned the conspiracy of ＂North China Autonomy＂ cooperating with the Kwantung Army, and positively explain the Tanggu Armistice Agreement. It also advocated the gradual erosion in the policy of aggression against North China,and put forward the theory of ＂Japan-Manchuria economy, North China Group＂,the purpose is to monopolize the economy of North China, and to provide the foundation for the further invasion of North china.
