The Opinion of Democratic Republic and Local Democratic Practices by the Communist Party of China

中国共产党根据建立抗日民族统一战线的要求,于1936年提出了民主共和国主张。但由于国民党方面的原因,这个主张并没有在全国成为现实。中国共产党在抗日根据地建立的抗日民主政权,贯彻了民主共和国主张的基本精神,是具有民主共和国性质的地方政权。无论是民主共和国主张,还是抗日民主政权建设,它们都体现了中国共产党人将"民族"和"民主"事业进行到底的决心与勇气。它们不仅在中国革命的历史进程中发挥重要作用,对今天我国的民主政治建设也有一定的现实启示。

In order to establish the Chinese united front against Japanese aggression,the Communist Party of China proposed the opinion of democratic republic.As for the Chinese Nationalist Party,it didn＇t realize in the wide nation.The democratic government against Japanese aggression of the Base carried out the basic spirit of democratic republic,which was a local authority that had the characteristics of democratic republic.Both of them had an important significance in the history of the War of Resistance Against Japan and China revolution.It also had some realistic inspiration for today＇s democratic politics construction.
