摘要
目的:以L-鸟氨酸盐酸盐探索制备新型碳点,并研究其在细胞成像领域的应用。方法:以L-鸟氨酸盐酸盐为碳源,利用一步水热法,制备出碳点,通过高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)等方法对碳点的大小、形貌和光学性能进行表征;MTT法检测碳点的细胞毒性,荧光显微镜观察碳点对肿瘤细胞A549成像能力。结果:L-鸟氨酸盐酸盐碳点具有水溶性好,粒径均一,荧光性质稳定,细胞毒性低等优点,并能用于A549细胞荧光成像。结论:L-鸟氨酸盐酸盐碳点具有优良的光学性质,有望应用于细胞成像领域。
Objective This study was performed to prepare carbon dots from l-ornithine hydrochloride( ORN-CDs) and explore its application in cell imaging. Methods Carbon dots were synthesized from l-ornithine hydrochloride using the simple one-step hydrothermal method. the size,morphology and optical properties of carbon dots were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscopy( HRTEM),UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR). Cell viability was determined using MTT assay. Cell imaging with carbon dots were obtained under a fluorescence microscopy. Results ORN-CDs showed good water solublility,uniform particle size,stable fluorescence characteristics,and low cytotoxicity. It can be used as probes for the imaging of A549 cells. Conclusion ORN-CDs showed excellent optical properties,indicating a practical potential for cell imaging.
