摘要
目的:建立同时测定二花青叶抗敏洗剂中绿原酸、咖啡酸和芍药苷的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱:Inertsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相(乙腈-0.02%磷酸水溶液11∶89);流速1.00 m L·min-1;绿原酸和咖啡酸检测波长323 nm,芍药苷检测波长230 nm。结果:绿原酸、咖啡酸和芍药苷与峰面积呈良好线性关系,线性范围分别是:绿原酸1.87~120.00μg(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为99.85%(RSD=0.88%)、咖啡酸1.25~80.00μg(r=0.999 9),加样回收率为99.97%(RSD=2.07%)、芍药苷7.03~450.00μg(r=1.0000),加样回收率为100.42%(RSD=2.20%)。结论:该方法快速、准确,适用于同时测定二花青叶抗敏洗剂中绿原酸、咖啡酸和芍药苷的含量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultanous determination the contents of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and paeoniflorin in Erhua Qingye Kangmin Lotion. Methods The Inertsil C18column( 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with following settings: the acetonitrile-0.02% phosphonic acid( 11 ∶ 89) as the mobile phase,the flow rate of 1.00 m L·min-1,chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid detection wavelength of 323 nm,and paeoniflorin detection wavelength of was230 nm. Results Chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and paeoniflorin were 1.87 ~ 120.00 μg( r = 0.999 9),1.25 ~ 80.00 μg( r =0. 999 9) and 7.03 ~ 450.00 μg( r = 1.000 0),respectively. The average recoveries were 99.85%( RSD = 0.88%),99.97%( RSD= 2.07%),100.42%( RSD= 2.20%). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and applicable to the determination of contents of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and paeoniflorin in Erhuaqingyekangmin Lotion.
