前列地尔联合丁苯肽对缺血性脑卒中患者血清炎性因子和凝血功能的影响

Effects of prostaglandin combined with butanone on serum inflammatory factors and coagulation function in patients with ischemic stroke

目的研究前列地尔联合丁苯肽对缺血性脑卒中患者血清炎性因子和凝血功能的影响。方法选取88例缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予前列地尔治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丁苯肽胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后炎性因子和凝血功能指标水平。结果两组患者治疗前炎性因子、凝血功能指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者IL-6、、IL-8、CRP、TNF-α水平均显著下降,PT、APTT、TT指标水平均显著提高,进一步分析,治疗后观察组患者IL-6、IL-8、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于对照组患者,PT、APTT、TT指标水平均高于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合丁苯肽治疗缺血性脑卒中可显著降低患者机体内炎性因子水平,改善患者的凝血功能,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the effects of prostaglandin combined with butanone on serum inflammatory factors and coagulation function in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods：Eighty-eight patients with ischemic stroke were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly. The patients in the control group were treated with alpros- tadil and the observation group was treated with butylphenyl peptide on the basis of the control group. The levels of inflam- matory factors and coagulation indexes between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： The lev- els of IL-6, IL-8, CRP and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〉 0.05）. The levels of IL-6, IL-8, CRP and TNF-α （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： The levels of IL-6, IL-8, CRP and TNF-α in the ob- servation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of PT, APTT and TT were higher than those of the control group, in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The treatment of ischemie stroke with alprostadil combined with butadiene peptide can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients and improve the coagulation function of patients.
