摘要 为应对海洋污染物排放控制规则,液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)成为可预期的最佳船用替代燃料。近年来,LNG动力船受到越来越多的关注,远洋LNG动力船的研究也成为热点。通过分析船用LNG燃料的潜在风险,并应用事故树理论对LNG动力远洋船舶的重大危险源LNG燃料舱进行危险因素识别和风险分析,有针对性地提出控制风险的设计建议和措施。 The shipping industry is facing the challenge of the global trend of emissions limitation. To cope with the maritime pollution emissions control rules, shipping companies have been looking for alternative fuels. Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) is considered promising. While certain type of LNG fueled ships have been in operation for years, there are questions to be an- swered for LNG to fuel large ocean-going ships. This paper analyzes the risks associated with marine LNG fueling by means of the FTA theory. The risk factors associated with the LNG fuel tank, which is the major source of hazards on an LNG fueled ocean going ship, is identified and evaluated. A number of suggestions for risk control are put forward which will hopefully provide a reference for the design of the LNG-Readv ocean- going shins.
