针对金融租赁公司租赁业务收入测算管理的需求,提出基于海波龙计划管理(Hyperion Planning)产品设计和实现金融租赁收入测算系统。引入假设和动因模型帮助企业根据租赁产品线快速生成收入结果,满足经营分析要求,辅助管理者做出决策,提高企业资金的使用效益。

This paper introduces Hyperion Planning to leasing income estimation and calculation for a financial leasing company to manage its business. The system based on the concept is developed. A hypothesis-motivation model is built for quickly estimating the income from leasing product lines. This model is integrated into the system for leasing service matching, making the system an effective tool in improving the efficiency of funds.
