摘要
《城市用地分类与规划建设用地标准》(GB 50137—2011)是我国城乡规划行业的基础性技术标准,其控制体系具有科学控制和安排城市用地结构的作用。论文以此为核心,合理划分城乡用地类型,合理控制城市建设用地结构。
＂Urban Land Classification and Planning and Construction Land Standard ＂（GB 50137—2011） is the basic technical standard of urban and rural planning industry in China. Paper takes this as the core, rationally divides the land types of urban and rural, reasonably control the land structure of urban construction.
