Automatic Production of Electronic Cap

目前,我国雷管行业中无论是产品的种类还是产量都在不断增长,很多新技术与新设备都先后投入到雷管生产中,尤其是电子雷管的出现,在很大程度上代表了我国雷管行业的跨越式发展水平。然而与世界电子雷管先进水平相比,依然存在很多弊端,迫切需要对电子雷管生产技术进行提升,开展自动化生产。论文针对这些弊端,提出一些改进措施。

At present, both products and types of production are in the continuous growth in detonator industry, many new technologies and new equipment have been put into detonator production, especially the appearance of electronic detonator, it represents the great leap development of China＇s detonator industry to a great extent. However, compared with the advanced level of the world electronic detonators,there are still a lot of drawbacks, it is urgent to improve the production technology of electronic detonators, and to carry out automatic production. Aiming at these disadvantages, this paper puts forward some improvement measures.
