传统的造价管理一直使用概预算定额管理模式,不能及时地整合工程动态信息,已经不能适应飞速发展的社会与日新月异的建筑市场。BIM虚拟技术的发展与应用,极大地颠覆了传统的造价模式,能在具体的、能够真切地感受到的建筑模型中实时调整工程数据,提高造价人员获取信息的及时性。基于此,论文对基于BIM的全过程造价管理进行探索。

The traditional cost management always uses the fixed budget management mode, it can not timely integrate dynamic information, it is not able to adapt the rapid development of society and change rapidly building market. The development and application of BIM virtual technology, which greatly subverts the traditional cost mode, this technology can adjust the data in time in the specific building model, it improves the efficiency of getting information for cost personnel. Based on this, paper explores the whole process cost management based on BIM.
