摘要
目的探讨血必净注射液对脓毒症患者超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法选择我院2015年1月至2016年6月期间收治的52例脓毒症患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=26)和对照组(n=26),对照组予抗感染等对症治疗,观察组联合应用血必净注射液,疗程为7 d。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清hs-CRP、PCT及急性生理学与慢性健康状况Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分的变化,记录两组患者多器官功能不全综合征(MODS)发生率以及住重症监护室(ICU)天数。结果治疗后,观察组患者的血清hs-CRP、PCT及APACHEⅡ评分分别为(13.16±2.45)mg/L、(1.64±0.58)μg/L、(11.75±2.36)分,明显低于对照组的(15.34±2.62)mg/L、(2.89±1.02)μg/L、(13.82±2.42)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的MODS发生率为34.62%,住ICU时间为(13.76±3.28)d,均明显低于或短于对照组的57.69%和(15.85±4.01)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液能够有效抑制脓毒症患者的炎症反应,降低MODS发生率,缩短住ICU时间。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuebijing Injection on the level of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) in patients with sepsis. Methods A total of 52 cases of sepsis patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(n=26) and control group(n=26) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with anti-infection and other symptomatic treatment, and the observation group received combination therapy with Xuebijing injection for 7days. The change of serum hs-CRP, PCT and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHEⅡ) score was compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) and the number of days in intensive care unit(ICU) were recorded in two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP, PCT and APACHE Ⅱ score in observation group were(13.16 ± 2.45) mg/L,(1.64 ± 0.58) μg/L,(11.75±2.36), respectively, which were significantly lower than(15.34±2.62) mg/L,(2.89±1.02) μg/L,(13.82±2.42)(P〈0.05). The incidence of MODS in observation group was 34.62% and mean days in the ICU were(13.76±3.28) d, compared to 57.69% and(15.85±4.01) d respectively in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of sepsis patients, reduce the incidence of MODS and shorten ICU length of stay.
