摘要
为了探索CRH和POMC基因与绵羊季节性发情之间的关系,利用荧光定量PCR检测了两个基因在四季发情小尾寒羊和季节性发情苏尼特羊8个重要繁殖相关组织中的表达水平。结果表明:CRH在下丘脑和大脑中高表达;POMC在垂体中表达量最高,其次是下丘脑,在其他组织中均呈痕量表达,但小尾寒羊与苏尼特羊各组织间CRH和POMC基因的表达均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。
In order to explore the association of CRH and POMC with seasonal estrus in sheep, real-time PCR was used to detect CRH and POMC mRNA expression in eight important reproductive related tissues. Year-round estrous Small-tail han ewes and seasonal estrous Sunite ewes were selected as test animals. The results showed that the expression of CRH was at high level in hypothalamus and cerebrum,while POMC was the highest in pituitary,followed by hypothalamus. The expression levels were extremely low in all the other tissues for two genes. Both CRH and POMC expression had no significant differences between Small-tail han ewes and Sunite ewes(P 〉0.05 ).
