我国越野滑雪的竞赛格局与发展对策——以第十三届全国冬季运动会为例

Competition Pattern and Development Countermeasures of the Cross-country Skiing in China——Take the 13th National Winter Games as An Example

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、现场观察法等研究方法,对第十三届全国冬季运动会越野滑雪项目竞赛情况的相关数据进行分析。发现我国越野滑雪项目存在运动员培养体系不完善、教练员和裁判员团队质量不高、大众普及率低等问题。提出制定合理训练计划、提高训练效率;加强国际、国内专业技术知识交流;积极储备运动康复学人才等发展对策。以期对我国越野滑雪项目整体布局与发展提供理论依据,助力我国越野滑雪运动项目在2022年北京冬季奥运会上取得突破。

With the methods of literature information,expert interview and actual observation,the paperanalyzes the related data about the cross-country skiing events in the 13 th national winter games.Itfinds out some existing problems of Chinese cross-country skiing as follows：the skiers＇ training systemis not perfect,the quality of coaches and referees is not high,the popularity rate is low.It suggests somedevelopment strategies to i Improve the training efficiency by making reasonable training plan,tostrengthen the international and domestic exchange of professional technical knowledge,to actively reserve the personnel of sports rehabilitation The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference for Chinesecross-country skiing＇s overall layout and development to help the sports event＇s breakthrough in 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
