青少年冰球运动员团队凝聚力研究

Research on Developing the Juvenile Ice Hockey Players' Team Cohesion

现代冰球比赛充分证明团队凝聚力对战胜对手具有不可估量的重要作用,培养青少年冰球运动员团队凝聚力尤为重要。采用文献资料、专家访谈等科研方法,对青少年冰球运动员团队凝聚力培养的作用和影响因素进行分析,结果显示在青少年冰球运动员中存在着不断增强的自我意识导致团队观念淡化、团队合作意识缺失等问题。提出了在冰球教学与训练中加强协同配合能力的培养,在激烈的比赛中通过提升技战术水平培养默契配合的精神,构建良好的冰球运动队体育文化氛围等提升途径,为有效提升青少年冰球运动员团队凝聚力提供参考。

Moder n ice hockey matches fully proved that the team cohesion has an immeasurableimportant role in defeating opponents,and it＇s very important to develop the team cohesion of juvenileice hockey players.With the methods of literature information and expert interviews,the paper analyzesthe role and influencing factors of team cohesion training for the juvenile ice hockey players.The resultsshow that there are some problems because their growing self-awareness results in the desalination ofteam concept and the lack of teamwork consciousness.In order to provide a reference to effectivelyimprove the juvenile ice hockey players＇ team cohesion,it suggests some promotion approaches as follows：to strengthen the ability of coordination in the teaching and training of ice hockey,to develop thespirit of tacit understanding by raising the level of skills and tactics in intense competition,to constructa good sports culture atmosphere in ice hockey team.
