将研究生培养中的导师负责制引入到黑龙江省冰雪体育专业本科生人才培养中,对冰雪体育专业本科生实施导师负责制的现实意义以及冰雪体育专业本科生导师负责制人才培养模式的具体组织形式、工作内容、实施步骤、检查反馈等实施策略进行细化研究,以期更有效发挥黑龙江省优势冰雪教育资源,更有针对性提高冰雪人才培养速度与质量,以满足北京冬奥会以及申办提出的"三亿人参与冰雪运动"和北京冬季残奥会的巨大冰雪体育专业人才数量和质量需求,并助力于我国冰雪运动和冰雪产业的可持续发展。

Introducing the tutorial responsibility system of developing the postgraduates into the development of undergraduates majoring in winter sports in Heilongjiang province has practical significance.The paper study in detail the implementation strategy with the training mode from the organization form,work content,implementation steps and inspection feedback.The purpose is to give full play to the advantages of ice-snow education resources in Heilongjiang province and be more targeted to improve thespeed and quality of developing the ice-snow talents.It＇s also in order to meet the quantity and quality demand of winter sports professionals for hosting Beijing Winter Olympics and Beijing Winter Paralympics,and implementing the strategy of ＂300 millionpeople participate in ice-snow sports＂,and advance the sustainable development of Chinese ice-snowsports and related industry.
