摘要 通过大豆盆栽试验,土壤中Se含量分别为1.56、2.56、3.56、6.56、11.56 mg/kg,研究硒对大豆生物量的影响,大豆茎、叶、果、壳富集Se以及累积Cd的规律。结果表明,适量的Se对大豆累积Cd起缓解作用,其中,除2.56mg/kg体现出硒镉的协同作用外,其它随着土壤中硒的含量的增加,大豆的茎、果、壳、叶累积Cd的含量逐渐降低。同时,大豆的豆粒具有良好的富硒能力,富硒能力的顺序依次是果>叶>茎>壳。 In this paper, the effects of selenium on soybean biomass, the laws of Se concentration in soybeans stem, leaf, fruit and shell, and Cd accumulation were studied by soybean pot experiments when the concentrations of Se in the pot soils were 1.56, 2.56, 3.56, 6.56, 11.56 mg/kg respectively. The results showed that the content of Cd in the stem, fruit, shell and leaf of soybean decreased gradually with the increase of Se in soils, indicating that the proper amount of Se alleviated the accumulation of Cd, except that synergetic effects appeared between Se and Cd when the Se concentration was 2.56 mg/kg. In addition, fruit had the strongest ability of enriching Se in soybeans, followed by leaf, stem and shell in a descending order.
